ESCA Tech, Inc. respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at ESCA Tech’s Web site.

Part I. Information Collection

ESCA Tech collects information through our Web site during user registrations. This is the only information we collect.

ESCA Tech does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We require a name, address, telephone number and email to place orders and to request technical information including Safety Data Sheets (SDS). We may also require credit card information to process an order.

The information collected during online registration allows us to process orders, be able to provide personalized order history and to provide updated technical information when appropriate (e.g. SDS). The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, the registration information is mandatory.

We use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We do not allow 3rd party behavioral tracking and do not use banner advertising on our Web site. We do not allow third parties to collect information from our Web site.

We honor do not track signals. We do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place.

Part II. Information Usage

The information collected by ESCA Tech will be used to process orders and for maintaining contact with our customers and to judge the effectiveness of our web presence. Customers who
provide information may receive from time to time product announcements, newsletters or special offers.

Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications by contacting us at cservice@esca-tech.com.

The information we collect may be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We may supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources (such as credit history to authorize purchases).

We will only share your information with third parties in the following instances:

1. Credit Card Purchases: In order to collect payment, your payment details will be transmitted via secure connection to our payment processor. We reveal only the last 4 digits of the credit card number when confirming your order.
   
   
2. Contact Information: We may also supply your contact information to one of more of our authorized distributors and the use of your information is governed by their own policies, not those of ESCA Tech.

As our Web site may offer chats, forums or message boards, please be advised that information posted in these venues become public knowledge.

If our policy on information collection or use changes, we will advise you by posting it on this web page as a change becomes effective.

Part III. Access to Information

Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by telephone during normal business hours, by e-mail or by letter. Users may have their information deleted from our database by written request. This will occur within 10 business days of written receipt of your request.

Part IV. Problem Resolution

If problems arise, users may contact ESCA Tech by phone, letter or e-mail. We are committed to resolving disputes within 30 days.

Part V. Data Storage and Security

ESCA Tech protects user information with the following security measures: security protocols, secure servers, firewalls, SSL encryption and other technology and procedures are all used to protect consumer privacy. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.
